How do I know what size to order?

We know that choosing a size can be confusing, so we make sure to indicate the model's measurements on each product page.

The sizes on the site are standard and correspond to your usual size.

A detailed size chart can be found on each item on the site.

Do I have to open a user account to order?

No. You can place an order as a guest by filling in only basic details or you can log in using your Google account. Once you fill in all the details, an account will be created for you and you can continue with the order.

Please note, for the best shopping experience and to receive special benefits, we recommend opening an account on your Google account. Once you fill in all the details, an account will be opened for you and you can continue with your order and track it.

How do I use a gift card?

Upon purchasing the card, you will receive an email with the gift card code.

You must enter the code during the checkout stage in the cart on the website.

How can I stay up to date with new collections?

You can subscribe to our newsletter for free via email and be updated every time a new collection is added to the site.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes :), deliveries can be made throughout the country within 5 business days, except for remote areas within 7 business days.

The size doesn't fit me, how can I make an exchange?

Exchanges can be made via our WhatsApp 050-5525512 and in accordance with the “Returns and Exchanges” policy.

Returns

How can I return it?

In any case, if you choose to return a product, you can do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that it has not been worn, by having a courier pick up the item from you. This service is provided at a cost of 30 NIS.

As soon as we receive the product, we will inform you and continue the treatment as necessary.

How long will it take for me to receive a credit?

The items you returned will reach us within 10 business days.

The credit is made as soon as the package arrives and appears in the payment method you used for payment within 14 business days (varies depending on your credit card company).

Is it possible to return/exchange a worn item?

A worn item cannot be returned/exchanged.
