Exchanges are possible up to 14 business days from the date of purchase, provided the item has not been used.
The return/exchange will incur a shipping cost of 30 NIS.
Exchanging between models may incur additional costs depending on the difference.

For health reasons, returns/exchanges on underwear will not be allowed.
Returns and credits will not be allowed on a bottle that has been used.
Exchange/return involves uploading photos of the items.
Promotions and benefits in which you receive an item/accessory as a gift, when requesting a cash credit for a partial return of an order to which the same benefit applies
The benefit will be canceled and the credit will be given for the difference minus 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower by law.

You will be able to see the refund in the payment method up to 14 business days and according to the terms of your credit card company.
The conditions for exchanging / returning products:
• Clothes / items that have been worn will not be accepted.
• Clothes that have been washed or dried.
• Clothes covered in animal / human hair will not be accepted
• Items with strong odors of smoke, perfume, detergent or deodorant marks and / or other stains will not be accepted
• Bottles that have been used and are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
